Trying to find the correct size pivot shoe

A quick learner from Massachusetts says:

Hi, I have Newpro windows and the pivot shoes bound up and exploded. I tried measuring and ordered the 15-152 shoes from younlast week. Rhey dont seem to work. Do you know proper part # that would work on Newpro windows? There is a recessed groove in the back of the cam lock , see photo. Can I return unused incorrect ones? Thanks, Tom

As for the shoe you need, it could be either our 15-188 or 15-178, depending on your dimensions.
