I have replacement windows in my home that were put in prior to my purchase. One of the single hung windows had the shoe piece of the balance crack and break on both sides.I have contacted local window repair shops to be told that the parts are no longer made. I am hoping you can look at the attached images and point me in the right direction in regards to replacement parts.

Looks like you have an Anlin Window. The balance system they use is our S140-18. That may work, but may we see an undamaged balance system and pivot bar to confirm?

Paul,
I have the same window that is smaller and has only one tape spring, but hoping it gives you enough information. It seems to be the same parts more or less.
Thanks,
Adam

Thanks, Adam. Your balance system is similar to our Series 140, but the center cam in our Series 140 won't accept your old "T" shaped tilt bar. If you want to use the Series 140 you will need to replace the tilt bar with either the 26-398 or 26-405. Also look near the securing screw at the bottom of the coil spring housing. You should see the spring weight stamped on the white nylon housing.

Paul,
Just wanted to reach back out and say thank you. The replacement parts worked perfectly.

Awesome! Glad to hear it. Thanks again for the order, and for confirming that our parts worked. Hopefully that helps others in the future. Please let me know if you ever need anything else.
