Hello! I'm not sure what your question is. Are you trying to replace this balance? If so, then I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385 balances.
Now, as you can see, there is only one difference between these two Series, and that is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

Hey, Tom -- I put an "em dash" after the greeting in the original post, and the rest must've gotten stripped out of the HTML. Weird! Sorry for the frustrating non-message.
I need two balances to replace ones that are missing in a new apartment, and I pulled the part pictured from an identical window. I had already narrowed it down to a series 385 (you guessed it, and definitely the longer 15-004 shoe) through your helpful replacement guide, but the balance length itself is 12", shorter than the 13" minimum listed on your order form. Is this a custom job? The balance is stamped 1140, BTW.

Ah, I see. Sure, we can make this. I'm going to email you a custom order link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our website. Please let us know if you have any questions!
