Can you help me identify a window ? It has sideload shoe but has a 42 50 ultra lift balance connected to it . Heavy duty window probably traco ? The glass in the window has guardian stamp on it tempered actually have separate mouldings that you can remove in order to replace the glass dont have to remove the whole sash . Does not tilt only side to side removal as in sideloads . I would like to know who makes it and the series and if possible where can i get the parts for it.Thank you in advance

Hello! Your balance is made by a company called Ultra Lift, and it is specifically a "hybrid" type balance. We can supply these but it has to be a custom order.
Thankfully, knowing that the stamp is 42-50 is a huge step in the right direction. At this point I only need to know two more pieces of information: can you tell me the color of the outer tube, and how many you wanted to buy?
