VPI window crank assy.

Question

I believe these are either Truth or a Truth knock off but they are not labeled anywhere. I order all our multi-point locks from you and will add those to an order as well once we determine what part is needed for our windows. I am the Service Supervisor at The Luke Apartments and we have 208 units.

We have a few different replacement operators that may work for you, Dave. Before I narrow it down, can you disconnect the long arm from the track and show me the end of it? The design of the end of that arm is the deciding factor.

If you aren't sure what I'm talking about, then it may be easier to just remove the operator from the window in its entirety.
