Verification of Channel Balance Part

Thank you. How can I determine the correct size of the balance shoe? Parts 15-194, 15-195, 15-195B and 15-229 lock familiar. I can't tell the difference between open and closed cam, and need guidance on how to determine size.

Hello,

I agree that the S795-36 (36D) would be the correct replacement for the balance assembly shown in your photos. 

It's hard to be sure with the balance still installed but it looks like your metal can may be open, meaning that you can see through the center of the meal portion where the pivot bar installs. You'd also need to remove the balance to confirm that it measures 1-1/4" wide. If so, you'd need to purchase the 15-195B separately and follow the video below to attach them to the S795 balance assembly. Thank you!
