Viking Channel Balance

Your video on removing Viking channel balance is wonderful!!! I am in need of two. I talked to someone at Swisco in hopes that I could send one of them for you folks to measure correctly and suggest replacements but the nice lady said that was not an option so here are some pictures. 

The metal part is 11" long not including the plastic/nylon parts above and below, having found your tables it looks like mine is shorter than what I see on your website...ARRGH! Help?
