Vinyl SH carrier shoes and spiral balance

Hello, our house was built in 1197. I do not know the brand of windows, but we have a couple of carrier shoes that are broken. What additional information do you need in order to identify the correct parts?

Thanks for posting. We can help replace this pivot shoe, but we need to see the shoe out of the window to properly identify it. The width and thickness of the shoe is also crucial to know. If you need help removing your pivot shoe, see the video below.
