Vinyl glazing snap in strip

A landlord from Everett, Wa says:
Black vinyl glazing strip. 11/32" leg attaches to the edge of the glass unit on the side facing the window frame. Windows are aluminum frame from the early 80's unsure of make.

You have a very unique shape snap in. Actually, the more I look at it, the more I think it's just smushed out of shape. Our 55-001 might work for you as a replacement. It's a little different but it may be worth considering, what do you think? The way this would be installed is by putting the 3/8" side against the glass, and the small lip under the glass. The rounded 29/32" curve would lock in at the front lip of the window frame.
