Hello,
We can't be positive with the hardware still installed but it looks like you are showing the old 1/2" nylon coil spring cover that has been replaced with the 15-150S. The pivot shoe would be our 15-191, which uses the Series 160 coil springs. The spring weight code is stamped on the end of the spring. We've also related a few videos to assist you.
