I have several double hung tilt in windows that need this part replaced but have no clue if I can or what part it is..

This is called glazing bead; it keeps the glass secure in the sash frame. Can you remove a sample and show us its end profile? That cross-section view is the only way to narrow down what you might need. Many thanks.
