I recommend you take a look at the S161-07 balance assembly along with the 15-086 housing and S180-7 7-pound spring. I can't be certain about the pivot bar when it's installed but our 26-398 and 26-405 are a place to start. You'll ultimately need to remove your old one in order to compare the specifications. 

I'm afraid we can't ID the tilt latch without photos, however. Is there an identical window in the house? If so, we can use that as a reference.
