It's tough to make out your dimensions from these photos, but it looks like the width is just shy of 1/4". I'm thinking 7/32".

I unfortunately can't determine your height, but we only have two wool pile types with a 7/32" base: the 58-042, which is 5/32" tall, and the 58-158, which is 5/16" tall. Look these over and see if you could use either one as a replacement.

I need a replacement wool pile that measures 1/4" x 1/4".

We don't sell anything in that size, unfortunately. In all likelihood it's going to be more specific than 1/4". Just about everything in our inventory is 1/32" off from that size. 

I won't lie to you: a tape measure alone probably isn't going to be of much use to you here. If you have a pair of calipers, now's the time to use them.
