Weathershield casement window operator & crank

Home Owner from Chicago
My Weathershield casement window installed in the 90's will no longer close all the way. I need the above parts I believe. Crank should be white. Do you have replacement parts? Crank has the numbers 45199 and operator has the word "TRUTH" and the numbers 31850. See pictures. Thanks for your help!

Thank you for contacting us. If you should just need the handle, please see our 39-114L crank handle. However, if you are looking to replace the actual operators, take a look to see if our 39-315 and 39-316 could work for you.

I have the same issue with same window and hinge part number.

My hinge has no external adjustment. Hinge pin is round with no hex adjustment feature. Does the replacement hinge have this hinge adjustment feature?

Is there another adjustment that I am missing? Window closes on the top but 5 mm from closing on the bottom after the top latch is engaged. No bottom latch.

Weathershield 1990. Hinge number 31850

Most hinges have some small adjustment, but not the kind you think. Most casement window hinge adjustment only affects the friction of the slide, making the window looser or more stiff to operate. None of the hinges in our inventory affect how far the window closes, unfortunately.

That's based on other factors outside of adjustment and is usually chalked up to either the hinges or operators not working, the hinges and operators being the wrong size to begin with, or the frame being out of square.

Your first step should be to look over the hardware installed on your window to check for any obvious signs of damage or wear. Odds are your hinges or operator are just broken and need to be replaced.
