Weatherstripping for Swing Out vinyl casement windows

A home owner from South Carolina says:
Looking for replacement of old, deteriorated weatherstripping of swing out vinyl casement windows.

The windows were installed in 1999 new construction. Marked Q-LON, they seem to be nylon or vinyl encased to match color of windows. The slot it fits in is 3/16 inch but widens a bit inside so weatherstrip snaps in (Like a T?) . Taking measurements a bit impractical due to irregular shape and deterioration, but hopefully you can see approximate size next to my thumbnail. I can mail in a length if need be.

The window manufacturer ID is nowhere to be found.

Thank you very much

It's hard to say for sure what will work. The picture you have that shows the cross section is exactly the angle we need, but the deterioration makes identification difficult. Start with our 58-170. Do you think you could use this as a replacement?

I will give it a try. Thank you.
