YES I need to replace the plastic sash guides on my wood dbbl hung Windows. There is 1 per side molded plastic that each sash guilds in. Just looking at them they look just like most other brands. Andersen, Weld-Jen and many others. The balance springs clip to the top on each side.
Any help would be appreciated.

We'd like to see your top sash guide so that we can be sure to recommend the right one. You can't just use any old guide. Can you send a photo?
