Weld-Jen Wood Windows

A contractor from Greenwood, Indiana 46162 says:

YES I need to replace the plastic sash guides on my wood dbbl hung Windows. There is 1 per side molded plastic that each sash guilds in. Just looking at them they look just like most other brands. Andersen, Weld-Jen and many others. The balance springs clip to the top on each side.
Any help would be appreciated.
