What are the measurements for the inside hole? product # 39-117

The diameter of the inside hole is approximately 5/16".

I need 15 crank handles for my mobile home windows. The measurements are: 2 1/2" inside hole is 3/8 " . Do you have this in stock? Maybe something I can modify? I've looked eveywhere!
