What kind of ROTO cranks do I have?

A home owner from Pewaukee, WI says:
Hello, I need to replace my ROTO cranks for my four crank out windows. I've attached the pictures for your review. The measurements of the outside of each casing is 5.5"Wide x 1.7"Deep (at the widest point).

Any assistance you could provide would be greatly appreciated!!

Thank you,
Jeannette

Hey, Jeanette. Could I see a few pictures of one of these cranks removed from the window? I can't quite make out the style of the arms, and I will need to see them clearly before I can recommend a replacement. Thanks!

Hi Tom,
Thanks for getting back to me so quickly. I'll take one apart this weekend and post more pics.

Thank you!

Great! Let me know as soon as you can.
A quick learner from Pewaukee, WI says:
Hi Tom,

Per your request, please find the attached additional pictures for your review. I hope they help! The outer screw holes (on the outside piece) are approximately 4" apart and the inner screw holes (on the outside piece) are approximately 1.75" apart.

Thank you!

Thanks for the detailed pictures. I think I recognize this. Unfortunately, it's no longer made anymore. We won't have the same exact thing, but that doesn't mean we can't find something.

It's possible you might just need the base. See our 39-248 and see what you think. Keep in mind that ours is metal, rather than your plastic.

If you need the operator, then our 39-315 might be able to act as a substitute, though I'm not sure. Take a look and see if you agree.
A quick learner from Pewaukee, WI says:
The base looks correct (39-248), however, I'm not sure about the operator that you recommended. Is that the one that's sold with 39-248? I don't need the parts that move the window in and out on the outside, I only need the base and the crank / crank case.

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Unfortunately, operator arms are not available separately. If you have to replace an operator, you'll have to replace the whole thing. I've never used the 39-315 to replace your operator, so I am not sure if it's the right thing, but it's the closest I could come up with. You would not use it in conjunction with the 39-248, as it already has a mounting base.
