Wheel has flattened on my hard to find roller

Hi there! We carry a ton of rollers for patio glass doors so I'm confident that we can find a good match. It's just a little tough to make out exactly what you have from this photo. Would it be possible for you to show me the rear of the roller? I want to see what kind of screw pattern we're working with.

I'd also like some dimensions, if possible. If you can give me the width and height of the housing then it will help me narrow down the list of replacements even more.
