Which replacement do I need?

That's good to hear; we highly recommend to never restring balances as a matter of policy, anyway. In all cases where the string breaks, complete replacement of the balance is necessary.

To start, please show me a clear picture of the metal hook that was at the end of the cord. It appears to be missing in all of your photos. I will also need to know what the stamp printed on the metal channel reads and the exact length of the metal channel itself. Finally, how many did you need to replace?
