Which track cover is right?

A quick learner from USA says:
Hi, this is Michael and the photos attached are the worn track.
The grove part is about 1" long. 5/16" high now. The roller will get stuck every time it goes through that area. Have to push out to move. Hope these pictures help me decide to go with the large track cover. Thanks.

Take a look at our 80-100 track cover. This might be the easiest way to repair you door track. Make sure you have the clearance at the top of the door frame, though. This track cover is 9/16" in height. It is also made of heavy stainless steel and should support the weight of the door. You might also want to replace the roller in the door, since that could be the reason why the track is so badly worn.
