Thanks for writing in. What exactly is the issue? Can your window not stay up? If so, then you need to replace th spiral balances, or the spring-loaded mechanisms that connect to the bottom plastic part in your photos. See the videos below for information on replacing and identifying spiral balance replacements. If you can't tilt your window or keep it secure in the sash, then you may need to replace the pivot shoe. You'll have to remove it and tell us the width and thickness of the shoe. See the third video to see how to remove your pivot shoe.
