The balance is 27" long and is mark as 26C. The channel width is 5/8" wide and 1/2" tall. I need 5 of them.

I'm afraid your balance is too damaged to identify. Many important details are missing, so I don't know what to recommend just yet. Do you have an undamaged version I can see? I especially need to see a picture of whatever clip or hook is at the end of the cord. I would also like to see the pivot shoe it connects to.
