I'm looking for replacement window Balances like these. So far, I have two windows with 4 broken balances. The balances are identical but one of the windows is 3x the width and quite heavy. If possible i'd like to get one set with a heavy duty spring for the wide window.

We'd be happy to help but we would need to see the fitting attached to the opposite end of the metal channel as well to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

Hi,

All current Balances are broken at the other end. I was able to find remnants of one fitting. Photos are attached.

That is an issue. Without seeing that top fitting I can't be 100% sure of what you have. I know it seems like a small detail but there are a ton of different top fittings that may or may not match yours, and if we pick the wrong one then the balance simply will not install.

With that in mind my best guess is that the top fitting matches our 19-002, which is a very common sight and is probably your best contender right now. If I'm right then you have either our Series 351 or Series 390, depending on the size of the bottom fitting (which is not something I can determine from a broken piece). Review the diagram below to confirm which option would be closer.
