Window Balance Help

Please find picture of window parts. I am looking for new balances and the shoes shown in the pictures. The metal section on the window I am working on measures 26 inches long. Also concerned as to how to change the shoe in which the window rides in as it is wider then the channel? This window is a tilt in and not sure of the brand name of the window and think it is a Solaris ! Thanks

Your balance looks like an older version of our Series 770. I believe our more modern part will work fine for your window.

I'm less sure about the pivot shoe. Can you tell me its precise width and thickness? For instructions on how to remove it, please review the two instructional videos below.
