Window Balance Replacement

Thanks for posting. We can help you replace the channel balances. See the videos below both for removal/replacement as well as identification. I'd also like to point out that you seem to have a lot of moisture on your windows. This could come from the molding that holds the glass cracking. Unfortunately we cannot replace this for you; you would need to go to a glass shop to have your windows repaired.

Just to add to what Bob said, the numbers on the balances are not serial numbers and can't be used to fully identify a replacement. The only thing the stamps on a balance tell us is the calibration of the spring. Make sure to watch the second video Bob showed you for more information on exactly what we need to get you the best replacement option.
