I am looking to order spiral balances for a window in my home. The windows are vinyl windows and have no branding on them. The balance is not colored. The sash weighs 19.6 pounds. Would you be able to help me determine the correct part to order?

Hi Joe. This is either a Series 600 or Series 900 Spiral Balance. You'll need to measure the diameter of that outer tube to confirm which you need. The Series 900 has a 3/8" tube; the Series 600, a 5/8" tube. Measure the length of that tube to confirm the length needed. Once you narrow down the exact balance you need, you can use that measured sash weight to choose the Color Tip you need; you'll see a chart under the balance's product description to guide you.
