Hello, Frank! We can supply these balances, but they will have to be a custom order due to their configuration. What you have here is called an "extended travel" balance, named for the extra-long cord (compared to more standard models, anyway).
Thankfully, your photos are clear and your data is thorough. We have just about everything we need to get the ball rolling. Can you just tell me how many you wanted to buy? Our minimum purchase quantity is 2.
Once I have that, I'll email you a purchase link and price quote that you can use to place an order on our site.
One last note: the balance that we will supply you is nearly identical to your original with one exception: the top and bottom nylon fittings will have little tabs on the side. There won't be any difference in function, of course, I just wanted to let you know ahead of time so that you aren't surprised when you open the box.
