Window Balance for PGT Brand Window

A quick learner from Florida says:

I've been purchasing 390 series replacement balances from Swisco for my non tilt PGT Thermopane (double thickness glass) windows and they work fine.I am about to order some 36" (metal channel length) balances for a wide window. The sash weighs approx 45 lbs.However your chart for this balance does not go to this weight. Any ideas?

We can custom make this for you. Before we begin, I'd like you to confirm the exact weight of the sash, even down to the ounce. The highest stamp we can custom make at the moment can support 42 through 45 pounds, however 45 pounds is the absolute maximum. If it's any higher, we still may be able to help but you'd need something specifically made just for your sash weight.

Can you also tell me how many you need?
