Window Balance and stop for inside the window frame

Question

I think you have the exact balance I need. But I can't find an exact match for the window stop. Maybe you have seen enough to know which replacement will work.

Thanks for your photos. Based on what I see here, you have either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. That's the only difference between them. I recommend measuring your shoe and referring to our dimensions to confirm the best match.

I'm not sure about the stop. That seems like a top sash guide but I can't make out what you have from that photo. Would it be possible to see an undamaged version? Can you also show it to me from the front and sides? Think of it like a mugshot.
