Attached are picture for what we need.

Window Balances - Series 377 Non-Tilt

18 1/2" Long

Stamp - 10 (window weight 9 lbs)

We need 8 Balances and

4 sets of top sash guide, Pan Am #18-042.

Hi Francisca,

Thanks for writing in! I am confident we can supply you with the replacement balances you need. Although, I'd just like to confirm if the length of the balance is 18-1/2" including the balance attachments or is it the metal channel alone?

Also, may I see a clear photo of the stamp/markings from the metal channel.

Once I have this information, I'll be able to confirm pricing and availability for the correct replacement balances.
