We are looking to purchase 4 to 6 Window Balances. We need to replace broken Window Balances in Patriot Series 1400 Vinyl Single Hung Windows.
The Balance Size is 36C. A photo is attached of an installed Balance. There is a number on the installed Balance which may be a Part Number; that number is 0B BSI.

I'm afraid I can't determine what you have from these photos. That stamp isn't a part number or anything, it only indicates how strong the spring is. A balance Series can only be identified using physical details.
To start, please remove an undamaged version of this balance from the window in its entirety. Then show me a clear picture of the top end, bottom end, and whatever clip, hook, or shoe is at the end of the cord. I can then see if anything in our inventory matches.

In speaking with Plygem Windows they provided me more information as to the Balances we are looking for. They advised me that you should be able to supply the Balances.
Here is the detail on the Balances. The Balances are for a Patriot Vinyl Single Hung Series 1400 Window. They are BSI Metal Block and Tackle Balances. The Part No. for these BSI Balances is 0B-BSI and the Size is 36C. 36" is the length of the Balance.
I would need 6 Balances and the Shoes that go with them.
