I purchased a bay window from Win Dor in Feb 2002. The window crank as shown in the picture does not turn left to open the window. It is extremely hard when I attempt to open the window. I have visited Win Dor and they are not sure whether the parts are still available. I visited James Hardware and they thought you might still carry these parts. Please advise if the replacement parts are available for purchase. The color is an off white.

We may very well have the operator you need, but I'm afraid too much of the mechanism is obscured in this photo. In order to narrow down the list of possibilities, I will need you to remove the operator from the window so that I can see the full assembly without obstruction.
