30 3 Caldwell Window Channel Balance

Question

My house was built by Ryan Homes in 1993. I have two windows that need new channel balances. It looks like a series 350 or 380 on your site. the bottom shoe is a 15-005 since it is an inch. I have one window with the channel balance 31" long and one window with the balance 37" long. the long one has no numbers on it but the shorter one has "30 3 bl caldwell" stamped on it. Thanks for your help.

Thanks for posting, Gary! If these shoes match both of your balances, I think you will want to look at our Series 380; the S380-31 and S380-37, namely. The key difference between the Series 380 and Series 350 is the top attachment. The Series 350's attachment doesn't have wings, while Series 380's does.

Now, as for your stamp options: for the 31" balance, which has a stamp of 30 3 bl caldwell, you should choose the 3030 stamp option. For the 37" balance, however, we will need to know the weight of your sash in order to determine the best stamp option.
