Window Channel Balance

Hi, Could use expert help to correctly identify. 34" metal length, 1/2 channel, 1" depth shoe bottom, top and bottom with wings. Metal is stamped 86 33-4 BC5 CMC. The sash these support is a little less than 22 lbs. Need to order for a couple same sized windows so want to get this right (replacing both sides as suggested). From what I see I'm looking at a 34" Series 380 balance due to shoe depth? Based on stamp and weight of sash I provided, what balance series is suggested?

The Series 380 will not replace this, unfortunately. Your stamp starts with an "86," which tells me that you have a special calibration that is going to have to be custom made.
Thankfully your information tells us pretty much everything we need. Please give me a little more time to confirm the availability of this size and I'll get back to you ASAP. In the meantime, can you just tell me how many you wanted to purchase? Getting that now will save us some time in the end. Thanks!
