Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you verify that this balance is for a non-tilt window? This looks just like the base configuration of a typical tilt balance configuration.
Regardless of whether its tilt or non-tilt, this assembly appears to be missing important attachments. In order to confirm a match, I will need to see an undamaged version that is not missing any of its components. Would that be possible?

Hi,
It is for a non-tilt window. There is a part damaged with the attachments, which is why it isn't working. Unfortunately, I do not have an undamaged version to show you.

Thank you for clarifying. In that case, I don't believe we can help. We don't sell a non-tilt balance that matches what you show here. We have several tilt balances that are similar, but the only way I could narrow down the list of those balances is to see the fittings that are currently missing from the current assembly. There are too many different options to make a reliable pick.
