Window Channel Balances - Need help Part no.

I need to order a pair of window channel balances and need help with the part number.
I'm including pictures of both ends, length. Width is 1/2".

Hey, thanks for posting. I've narrowed this down to two possible channel balance Series: either our Series 380 or our Series 385.

Now, as you can see, the only difference between these two Series is their bottom shoe. The Series 380 uses the 15-005 while the Series 385 uses the 15-004. I can't quite tell what you have based on your pictures, though. Please carefully compare their dimensions to your own hardware and see which is a better match.

Thank you for the information. After checking the spec. it would be the series 380.

how about the sash weight range:
the old sash has a number "26-5" Picture #1.

What should I order "19 to 26" or "26 to 30", this is a heavy windows for noise reduction.

A stamp of 26-5 often corresponds to our 2650 option, but the only way to know for sure is to weigh your sash and compare that weight to our chart.
