Can you possibly tell me what brand window this is from and do you have the replacement?

I am afraid I can't say what window brand this is from, but we may be able to replace this operator and crank handle. Can you show me the entire mechanism, including the link arm(s)? I'll do my best to find what you need from there. Many thanks.
