Window Crank

Question

Will not work opening or closing.  I have one right and one left, both with the same problem.  Thanks for your help in locating the correct replacement crank.

Looks like the worm gear stripped out. This cannot be replaced or repaired, unfortunately. You will need an all new operator.

We can help, but in order to make a recommendation I need to see the entire mechanism. Your photos here only show the interior base. Please let me know if that would be possible and we can work from there.
