Window Handle Mechanism

This is the mechanism that turns my windows open and close. The piece doesn't spin anymore. I can barely read the numbers on there, but here goes my guess.
1491-1201 or 1491-1206 or 1491-120B

I'm afraid that we do not carry this exact operator. Take a look at our 39-221 instead, this may be a possible substitute. I've also made a list of possible replacement parts you can consider on the right side of this page.
