Window Latch

A contractor from Washington says:

Looking for the latch plate in the image above. I've included dimensions as well as a pic of what I'm looking for and how it is going to be used. Looking for 5 of them. Let me know if you have anything like it or if you can steer me in the right direction.

Going to replace the old saddle style so the windows close better.
