I believe the Traco 90-193 is a match for my broken latch. The only difference I can see is that my window states "Phoenix." The measurements are the same on both products.

It looks the same to me, as well. As long as the dimensions match I think you'll be okay. I don't think the name printed on the lock should affect its function.
