Hi there.  We are experiencing failures of this part also and Jeld wen has no old stock.  Any help is greatly appreciated.  Also looking for this sash keep also. Thanks so much for your help!

Thanks for writing in! There is a chance we may be able to provide you with a replacement sweep lock you need but I have less confidence about the tilt latch.

For the the lock, I'll need to know the measurements for the distance between the installation holes, from center to center. I will also need to know the backset measurement; this is from the center of one of the holes to the back of the lock.

Regarding the tilt latch, may I see a photo of how this installs on the sash?
