Window Parts

Hello,

I was cleaning my double hung window and the little metal pieces that hold the bottom of the window sash have broken. The window will open but it will not stay open. Do you have a replacement part for these little metal pieces?

Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. Based on your photos here, I believe our 15-175 will be a close match. Look it over and let me know if you agree.

I have ordered 2 of them. Now just to get them replaced.
Is that a hard process? Can you direct me to a video?

It could be either very hard or very easy, depending on how your window was set up originally. We have two videos covering the subject that should be very helpful to you.
