Window Pivot Bar (Shoe) Part Replacement

A handy person from Hillsdale, New Jersey says:

To Whom it May Concern,
It have broken both sides the window pivot bar (shoe) on window. The window is 20+ plus years old and I have no information on the manufacturer. Any help is appreciated in replace the shoes or at least the metal insert. Be safe. Regards, Francis Brophy

Looks like you just need a new pivot shoe. See our 15-175, I think this is what you're looking for.

Good Morning. Thank you for the quick response. Clicking on the '15-175' link, the next screen displays the pivot shoe. Also in the picture are different coil balances. Do I need to purchase a coil balance also ?

Not necessarily. The beauty of this kind of balance setup is you can reuse most of the parts, assuming they aren't damaged. If your coils appear to be in good condition then you can absolutely reuse them.
