Window Repair

I have 5 hurricane double panel windows. All bottom windows do not stay up when lifted and some of the top windows fall right down if not locked. I have a picture of the broken part, but having a very difficult time finding a replacement piece or knowledge of any other pieces required. My area has no window repair companies around, just replacements and my windows are in great condition other than the repair. Praying for advice and help and parts lol.
