Window Replacement 19 5 JO CALDWELL

Question

Need a replacement for my double hung window.  21 inches from the bottom to the top of the plastic.  With 19 5 JO CALDWELL on the part not exactly sure do I get a 19 on the part or 21 by measuring bottom to top?

We offer two balances that may work in place of your current part. Take a look at our S380-20 and S385-20. The difference between these two balance lie within the measurement of the bottom balance shoe. So you will need to measure the depth of your bottom balance shoe, like in the diagram below, to determine which balance would make the best match. Whichever balance chosen will go with a 1950 option.
