Window Sash Balance and Break replacement

Need to replace the balance in one of my windows. It is very hard to raise and lower. The model number of the window is 0201. I got replacement windows from Associated Materials. The window dimension is 30 1/02 x 34 1/04.

Hello! Looks like you have a coil type balance. We sell a ton of these, but I can't quite make out the hardware in your photo. It's a little unclear.

Before I recommend anything, would it be possible to see a clearer photo of your assembly? I specifically need to see the pivot shoe, which is the most important detail. Knowing the width of your coil band would also be a big help. Thanks!

The coil band is 1/2" wide. Here are some additional photos.

Thanks! Your shoe appears to match our 15-177, which is designed to work with our 1/2" wide Series 152 spring. Look these over and let me know if you had any questions!
