I need to replace the window spring balance on two of my vinyl windows. They are the same exact windows. The metal guide is 39 inches long and has 39C stamped on it with BSI stamped above the 39C stamp. I am looking for where I can order the correct replacement parts and any guidance on replacing the spring balances.

Thanks for your patience during this busy season, Dean. We can make this balance, but there's a chance it'll have to be a custom order. Basically, you have our 39C stamp S795-39 channel balance. The major difference is that you have a hook attached at the top while ours has a screw tab.
Typically, we'd custom make the balance by swapping the default clip out with our 15-198 hook. That may not be necessary, though. If you can show me a picture of the hole where your current hook goes as you install the balance, that will allow me to know for sure. I know a little trick that gets out of you having to order a custom made balance. Let me know!
