Window balance

A quick learner from Park City says:
October 24, 2016
Attached are 2 pictures of the end of the balance. I cannot identify the Series. It appears the tube diameter is 5/8 inch and the length is 24 inches. Please help me.. I need to purchase at least 4 of these. I want to make sure I get the right balance the first time..
